How do we work?

We consult with
you to find out your need for the positions, but then go the
extra mile and learn all we can about the organization, the
department, the team, and the culture of the company, so that we
can make a perfect match.

As we identify
candidates, we put them through rigorous interview process to
ensure that you get the best fit for your long term needs.

Once we are
satisfied that the candidate is a good fit for the culture,
education and experience, we then present the candidate to you,
so that we can discuss all the things that cannot be covered on
a piece of paper.

We will then set
up any interviews to meet yours and the candidates needs.

We will
pre-close salary and benefits packages with the candidate to
ensure that should you make an offer, it will be accepted to the
satisfaction of you and the candidate.

We will then
follow up throughout the process until the candidate has become
an employee and both you and your new employee are happy.
How much does this service cost?

We work on a
contingent basis, so you only pay us after you hire our
candidate.

The fee is a
flat percentage of the candidate’s starting salary. Bonuses,
relocation allowances, and/or stock options are not included in
the fee calculation, only the starting salary.
