How soon can I start working?

Your start date is based on the client and your availability. Job availability changes daily. JDC Group recruiters screen, qualify, test and present candidates on opportunities daily. After speaking with your recruiter in detail about your skills and preferences, available opportunities that meet your criteria will be presented to you. Once you have given the JDC Group recruiter your “right to represent,” the client will be informed about your background, experience and interest in the opportunity. JDC Group will never present your resume to a client without your prior approval.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?

Not every job opportunity is going to meet your expectations and/or preferences. We will continue to present you with additional opportunities as they become available based on your skills and preferences.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. In this type of situation, communication is key. We expect open communication from our consultants and they can expect the same from the JDC Group team.

What do I pay for placement services?

You will not pay for any of the placement services JDC Group provides.
