The client was faced with a reorganization effort and transforming their organization from a waterfall methodology environment to an agile methodology environment. The client needed to evaluate current internal resources, and it was determined that there was an urgent need to bring in high-caliber program/project managers to drive the transformation.

Application Development Team Build Out
The client was faced with building out an innovation center and IoT platform that the business would rely on for a variety of products. In order to successfully build out the teams, the client needed to hire quickly 60+ software engineers in extremely high demand skill sets, in a very competitive Atlanta market.
The client had three preferred suppliers that they were relying on for support of their hiring needs. The client was not receiving the level of qualified candidates quickly enough from the three preferred suppliers. Due to the quality and speed demands of these initiatives, the client needed additional support to find the top technical talent quickly enough to support the pressing demands of the business.
