Johannes Dorsch Founder and President
With over 30 years in IT and specializing in SAP, consulting and staffing, Johannes brings significant expertise to JDC Group. He believes the key to IT resource management is having both practical understanding of the role and deep knowledge of his clients’ company culture to find the perfect candidate.
Johannes has served in executive-level roles with companies such as CAS America and SAP SI America. He cofounded Prescient Consulting, an SAP niche consulting firm, which was later purchased by SAP SI AG. Johannes has a master’s degree in business administration, operations research and computer science from the University of Karlsruhe.
A native of Germany until moving to the U.S. in 1995, Johannes is fluent in German. He is an involved community leader and a strong supporter of social responsibility in business. He has been an active member in the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta for ten years and serves on the board of the German-American Cultural Foundation. Johannes was previously a board member of two societies of the Technology Association of Georgia.
Jeff Paske Director of Operations & Strategy
Over 20 years in the IT staffing, consulting and recruitment industry has contributed to Jeff’s proficiency in leading teams responsible for the delivery of qualified resources for clients. He specializes in creating invaluable processes and procedures to optimize results, ensuring client and consultant satisfaction.
Jeff has held a variety of roles including recruiting, resource management, account development, MSP program management, vendor management and managing director. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Elon University.
He is a dedicated leader in the community. Jeff currently serves on the board, is volunteer leader for the Youth Group, a member of the Worship Team and served as the lay leader at Sugarloaf United Methodist Church in Duluth. He is involved with multiple organizations also serving in leadership roles including the Committee Chair for YoungLife Gwinnett Central and volunteer leader for WyldLife (YoungLife for middle schoolers).
Rhett Bingham Director of Business Development
Rhett has eight years of experience in the staffing and consulting industry. He specializes in driving business and building long-standing relationships with clients. He firmly believes in going the extra mile and listening to what a client’s business problem is to provide the most viable solution.
Rhett has held account management and business development roles for companies such as Datum Software and Think Resources. He has a bachelor’s degree in logistics and marketing from University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
In his spare time, you can find Rhett spending time with his wife Laura, and their playful chocolate lab, Sammie. He also enjoys international travel and supporting college football, especially in the fall when his Tennessee Vols play.
